Every new account starts with a free trial (currently 14 days, no card required), so you can test everything before spending a dollar.

Not happy within 14 days of your first charge? Email hello@getdetailkit.com and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no forms.
After that
- You can cancel anytime from your account; billing stops at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.
- Renewal charges are generally not refunded once a new period starts, but if you forgot to cancel and haven't used the service that month, email us — we're reasonable.
- If a billing error is on us (double charge, wrong amount), we refund it immediately.
How refunds are paid
Subscriptions are billed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Client deposits
Deposits between detailers and their clients never pass through DetailKit — they are paid directly to the detailer's own Venmo/Cash App. Refunds of a deposit follow the cancellation policy shown on that detailer's booking page and are handled by the detailer.
